Requirements:

Patients Must have a valid email in order to setup appointment

Download and Install 'Zoom Cloud Meeting' app from Play Store(Android phones) or App Store (Apple Phones).

Provide our office with an email address that you currently have
access to so we can email you the meeting invite. Email should be accessed from the phone you installed 'Zoom' on.

On the day and around the time of your appointment, please check your email (also check your 'Junk' folder, if you do not see the email):

We will send you an invitation in the email you provided, at or around your
appointment time.

Once you receive the invite via email, click on the link in the email under "Join Zoom
Meeting" in blue font.

Link will automatically take you to Zoom.

Please enter your name when it prompts you to do so.

After meeting has started, you must give permission to start audio
and video.
To give permission on an Android phone:
Tap on your phone to view Icons at the bottom of your screen. Click 'Join Audio' and select
'Call via Device Audio'. Tap on RED "Start Video" Icon at the bottom
of your screen.
To give permission on an Iphone:
Click on blue 'Join with Video' Icon
Click 'Join Audio'
Select 'Call using Internet Audio'
You're all set! Please be ready by your device in a quiet and well lit area to initiate your tele-visit.
